A book published by Ordem dos Arquitectos Sul on Siza Vieira’s work, as a submission to the UIA – International Union of Architects’ 2005 Gold medal. A bilingual edition that gathers some of the architect’s iconic projects, organized chronologically, along with an interview by Souto de Moura. The book briefly reveals the evolution of the Pritzker laureate, Álvaro Siza Vieira.
José Manuel Rodrigues, an acclaimed portuguese photographer, interpreted the work of Siza, reproduced with duotone images that emphasize the depth and the mid-tones, making it more dramatic.
